Office Memos

The Office Memos set allows for inter-office memos and the sending and receiving of e-mail.  Office Memos are viewed in the Organizer and the Where Used forms.

Label Type Meaning
Subject: Text The subject of the memo
From: Associate The associate that created the memo
On: Date The date on which the memo was done
Status: Choice The status of the entry:
Active The entry is being worked on
On Hold The entry is on hold pending other activity
Completed The entry has been completed.  If the LogCompletion entry is set true in the Settings:System form, Options section, the completion will be noted in the History
To: Associate The associate that created the memo is sent to
Note: Text Block The message and/or instructions of the entry
Job: Link / Work Product The work product entry that this entry belongs to.  Note that the label will vary according to the system

To: Text The e-mail address that the memo is to be sent to
From: Text The e-mail address that the memo came from
