The Front Desk tools is the best way to search the system.
You can quickly search for a name by clicking on the address table, and then typing the name. The system will wait for a split second to make sure that you have completed the entry, and then display all of the addresses where all of the words entered are found. Clicking on any of the names, display the address and main phone, and all of the cases that are related to the entry.
The system will select the latest case, and show who is in charge of the case, and the status of that associate.
Front Desk Alert - Phone Call
When a Front Desk Alert is created you will be asked for the phone line where the caller is located, and the reason for the call. The associate in charge of the work product entry is then alerted by the following screen:

When the appointment tab is selected, and an appointment is highlighted, the system creates a Front Desk Alert for the appointment:
If the associate in charge of the case or appointment is not in, the front desk can route the alert to another associate by clicking on the Who's Around tab, after the case or appointment is selected.
This screen will display all of the associates in the office and their status. The front desk can then click on any associate and proceed with the alert.
The system will automatically track each associate status, as they login and logout, however each associate can override the tracking by using the Check In/Out screen:
This screen allows for accurate information to be displayed at the Front Desk station, and thereby available to the clients.
