The Organizer screen displays the important items for each associate:

The Organizer displays the active Things To Do, Phone Messages, Appointments, Office Memos and Work Product.  What is displayed can be customized by the Settings.

 

Setting Meaning

MinutesRefresh Setting this to a non-zero value forces the automatic refresh of the form, displaying new items
ShowOnHold
True Both Active and OnHold items are shown
False Only Active items are shown
ShowWorkProduct
True Work Product (Cases, Properties, etc) assigned to the Associate are shown
False Only personal items are shown
ShowPersonaiIndivudually
True Each type of personal item is shown under its own tab
False All perosnal items are shown in a single screen

True Things To Do are shown
False Things To Do are omitted
TTDDaysBefore Number of days in the past to display
TTDUrgentDays Number of days in the past to highlight.
TTDDaysAfter Number of days in the future to display
