The Add to History page allows you to enter a new note into the History and also create a follow up Thing to Do.
Simply enter the text of the note in the text are provided and press the Add button.
Note that the follow up Thing to Do is optional, and is created when you enter either an associate name and/or date for the follow up. If you omit the associate the system assumes that it is to be added to your Things to Dos. If you omit the date the system assumes that it is to be due today.
Also note that you can enter an actual date, or a date offset, just like in the eCandidus™ Desktop.
